Ally Eastman is the newest member of the development team here at Mandalay. She has joined the team as a junior developer and brings to the team not only her exuberance but a flair for design we sorely need!

The development team she has joined, while having a few different nationalities represented, is currently made up entirely of blokes. This isn’t because our preference is to hire men, but because we’re still only seeing a very small percentage of applications being submitted by women.

Some of you might have seen a new face representing Mandalay at industry functions or meetings. We'd like to introduce you to Leonie Johnston, our new National Business Development Manager - Sustainable Systems. She joins the team specialising in small to medium-sized waste transport and skip businesses.

Leonie has been involved in the waste industry for 12 years as the owner/operator of her own Queensland-based skip business, ProBinz Mini Skips and ProCycle Waste Services. She also holds a BA Sustainable Development and Graduate Certificate in Business.
